Meditation Type Body Awareness
A gentle opening of awareness and mindful connection through the body can provide a grounding base for meditation practice. This practice slowly moves through the body bringing an awareness and spaciousness to this sense of gratitute for this living and breathing vessel. A deeply relaxing practice one the participant may experience a letting go and easing. Each session provides gentle guidance when the mind wanders into thought or strong emotions or sensations may arise and progresses into a period of silent reflection, accompanied by soft, calming music and sound effects, which can enhance and deepen the meditative state.
