Meditation Type Relaxation
A very gentle and soothing practice which guides the participants mindfully through the body, connecting with the breath as an anchor of support back to the present moment when the mind wanders. Arriving at a space of deep relaxation and rest. Each session provides gentle guidance when the mind wanders into thought or strong emotions or sensations may arise and progresses into a period of silent reflection, accompanied by soft, calming music and sound effects, which can enhance and deepen the meditative state.
