Meditation Type Visualisation
Visualisation meditation technique in where the participants are guided on a gentle grounding journey through the senses and then inviting the participant on a visual journey. This is an immersive practice which is soothing, nurturing and may provide a deep relaxation and profound sense of peace. Each session provides gentle guidance when the mind wanders into thought or strong emotions or sensations may arise and progresses into a period of silent reflection, accompanied by soft, calming music and sound effects, which can enhance and deepen the meditative state.
