Business Mindfulness Workshops
Introducing mindfulness workshops to your team offers valuable techniques for staying present, focused, and managing difficult emotions like stress and anxiety. These workshops provide practical tools that lead to increased productivity, efficiency, and a more harmonious workplace. Participants will learn how to cultivate awareness, helping them stay engaged and focused on the tasks at hand. The three key components of mindfulness—intention, attention, and attitude—help employees approach their work with clarity and resilience. By setting intentions to stay present, honing their attention on the moment, and adopting a non-judgmental attitude, participants will build skills that promote calm, connection, and a healthier work environment.

Case Study
I was invited by a local veterinary clinic that prioritises the mental health and well-being of its team to lead a mindfulness and meditation workshop on-site for their 25+ staff members. The workshop was scheduled during a two-hour window to ensure that everyone could participate.
We explored the effects of stress on our work lives, then introduced mindfulness, discussing what it entails and how it can benefit our daily work experiences. Following this introduction, I led the team through a 15-minute guided body scan meditation. Despite some background noise, the team engaged fully, relaxing into the practice, and finding a calm space.
The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with staff expressing how helpful they found the experience in grounding themselves and easing their stress.
Natalie from Alite Mind came to our workplace to talk to us about how meditation and mindfulness can help with our everyday mental health. Natalie took us through a beginner’s introduction workshop for meditation with approx. 25 staff members. Our staff felt amazing afterwards and plan on visiting Natalie again in her studio!
