Alite Mind offers individual counselling for women and children in a safe and supportive space where you can confidentially share your concerns with someone who’s objective, neutral and non-judgemental. I am passionate about helping women and children. My goal is to help you or your child recognise and build your own strengths, resilience, capabilities and resources to support your growth, development, independence and autonomy.

My experience, training and warm empathic nature enables me to offer effective, confidential, individualised, counselling care.

Alite Mind is a welcoming space where you will feel safe, heard, supported, valued and cared for.

Each individualised session is crafted to align with your unique goals, strengths, challenges, and experiences.

Your treatment plan will incorporate evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioural therapy, emotion-focused therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, meditation, and person-centred therapy. Children’s counselling includes play and creative therapies. As well as a strong emphasis on integrating therapeutic lifestyle elements into your routine and recognising the importance of the mind-body connection.

Natalie’s journey began as a personal one, embodying her practice and then working with her colleagues within her own business to assist them to realise the many benefits Natalie knows are associated with mindfulness approaches.
