My counselling work with children focuses on ages 5 to 14, helping them navigate big emotions, life changes, and challenges through an approach grounded in curiosity, creativity, and care.
Through creative therapies such as role play, arts and crafts, movement, and puppetry my goal is to empower children, inviting curiosity and to gently explore their emotions by choosing the tools that resonate with them in each session. Through this therapeutic journey we work together to uncover and understand the stresses the child may be experiencing. These stresses can contribute to heightened anxiety, anger, or deep sadness, leaving the child feeling stuck and struggling to find a way to move forward.
I also work closely with parents, offering guidance and strategies to strengthen connections and create a cohesive path forward for the entire family.


I specialise in individualised counselling support for women and children. Navigating through life's challenges with a compassionate, person centred approach. Using a blend of emotional, mindful, creative, play and somatic therapies, I tailor each session to meet clients where they are at, moving at their pace toward healing and growth. Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, helping individuals identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviours.
Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy, helping individuals understand and transform emotional patterns, promoting stronger self awareness.
Somatic and Nervous System work, tuning into bodily sensations to release stress and build resilience, helping to regulate emotions.
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, using mindfulness meditation to help individuals manage stress.
Clinical Emotional Freedom Technique, this involves tapping on specific acupressure points to reduce emotional distress, promoting healing and restoring balance to the body and mind.
Person-Centred Therapy, is a humanistic approach that focuses on creating a non-judgmental, empathetic environment where individuals can explore their feelings, gain self awareness and work toward personal growth.
Creative Therapies for young children aged 5 to 14 years includes play, arts and crafts and role play. Promoting discovery, curiosity and self expression. Through these hands on, experiential activities, children can explore their emotions, develop problem solving skills, and gain a deeper understanding of themselves in a safe and engaging environment.
