My goal is to support you in growing through your challenges, healing from pain, and moving toward the life you envision. In every session or class, there are no “musts” or “should’s” only encouragement to do what feels right for you on your path to wellbeing.
Counselling
Are you looking for a supportive environment where you can talk openly, and confidentially, about what’s worrying you? I offer specialised counselling for women and children. Providing a safe space where you or your child are understood, where you are accepted and listened to without judgement. No GP referral required, NDIS plan and self-managed clients accepted.
Guided Meditation
Do you need help to slow racing thoughts? My mindfulness and meditation sessions provide you with a real sense of grounding and relaxation. Learn how to cultivate more self-kindness and awareness so you can gently navigate everyday challenges with more confidence, creativity and calm.
Business Mindfulness Workshops
Designed and developed to support organisations, workplaces, communities and groups. These specialised sessions can be delivered on-site and tailored to your requirements. Introducing evidence-based mindfulness and meditation techniques, providing proven skills to promote focus, presence and manage difficult emotions like stress and anxiety.
Mindfulness Coaching
Whether you’re experiencing work, life or school stress, anxiety, overthinking, pain or other concerns, a private in-person mindfulness coaching session can be tailored to your specific needs. Incorporating an introduction to mindfulness and meditation and how this practice can offer an additional support in daily life.
Children's Mindfulness Classes
These fun, imaginative and interactive mindfulness classes are part of a comprehensive children’s program which combines learning about emotional awareness, mindfulness techniques and skills, connecting to our bodies through movement, expressing ourselves through creative arts and crafts, music, experiencing short guided mindful meditation and sharing in group discussion while being supported in a safe space.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been someone others turn to, a person they feel safe sharing their thoughts and emotions with. I’ve always held space for others, listened deeply, and supported them through their challenges. Counselling felt like a natural path for me, and I’m proud to be a registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association. I combine evidence-based strategies with wisdom-based practices to help people create lives filled with meaning, purpose, and resilience.
