At Alite Mind, I offer a calm, caring, and supportive space for healing and personal growth. I provide individual counselling for women, children, and teens, alongside weekly mindfulness-based meditation group sessions for adults. All support is grounded in compassion, mindfulness, and a trauma-aware approach, ensuring you feel respected, supported, and guided at your own pace.
Whether you are seeking counselling to navigate life’s challenges, looking to support your child or teen in building emotional resilience, or wishing to join a mindfulness group to pause and reconnect, Alite Mind offers a nurturing environment where you can feel safe and understood.
My focus is on supporting you or your child to move through challenges, heal from past experiences, and reconnect with a sense of balance and self-trust. There are no expectations, no pressure, and no “shoulds” only space to show up as you are and grow in your own time and way.
