Alite Mind offers coaching sessions for women to develop their practice. Each session is tailored and incorporates an introduction to mindfulness and meditation and how this practice can support your daily life.

Mindfulness is a widely recommended science-based micro-counselling technique that has been shown to help manage catastrophising and avoidance, anxiety, pain, and many other physical and mental health issues that hinder our quality of life.

The coaching sessions enable each participant to learn how to survey the signals their body sends about areas of pain, discomfort, or imbalance – and how they may be holding on to these experiences. Through meditation, participants can find relief from chaotic, anxious and overwhelming thoughts to help them navigate challenging life experiences more easily and effectively.

Our weekly adult group meditation classes are your opportunity to carve out a moment for self-care.

In these classes, you’ll discover a space to pause, unwind and embrace much needed rest and relaxation. You’ll join other busy adults who struggle to find time in their day to stop and be present. Each class is carefully planned to offer support as you find some quiet, inner connection.

There may be some simple and easy mindful movements before the class begins to ease you into the practice of meditation and these can be modified if necessary. Soft sound therapy may also be used gently to help deepen your sense of relaxation and grounding. When the meditation has ended, you may wish to share your experience with the group, take part in individual or shared reflection using affirmation cards, and share some herbal tea to help ground your energy before stepping back out into your day with mindful presence.

Mindfulness Coaching - women only

Learn simple and practical mindfulness skills to help reduce stress, boost focus and clarity, and release tension to aid a better night’s sleep. You’ll be empowered to establish your own personal practice of meditation and develop the tools to help you navigate, and manage, challenging situations, thoughts or emotions. Each session is tailored to your needs.

Children’s Mindfulness Classes

These fun and interactive mindfulness classes combine mindful movement, creative arts and crafts, music, short guided mindful meditation and group discussion in a safe, supportive space. One of our most popular classes!

Business Mindfulness Workshops

These specialised group sessions can be delivered on-site and tailored to your requirements.
