Book your counselling appointment or group meditation class

Guided Meditation

 Join a one-hour guided meditation session, enhanced by sound therapy, followed by an optional group discussion and herbal tea.

No experience is needed, and all equipment—pillows, yoga mats, blankets, and chairs—are provided. Classes are small, and you can choose to sit or lie down for the session.

Weekly group meets Tuesdays at 10am for one hour. Monday evenings are once a month at 7pm.

Cost is $25 per class.

Workshops

Offering a range of Mindfulness and Creative workshops designed to support personal growth and well-being. Topics vary and can be tailored to suit your specific needs.

Throughout the year I host programs such as Understanding Emotional Regulation, Mindfulness Business Foundations, Mindful Parenting and Whole Brained Child Programs.

Workshop costs depend on the duration and timeframe.  Please contact me for more information.

Counselling

My counselling practice focuses on supporting women and young children in a safe space where you can confidentially share your concerns with someone who’s objective, neutral and non-judgemental.  

The cost for a one hour counselling session is $155

You can enquire about making an appointment simply by making contact.

At this time we will be able to discuss your needs for counselling and make a plan to get started. It will also be a good opportunity for you to ask any questions you might have.

My favourite way to spend a Monday night, is to visit the Alite Mind studio for Group Meditation Natalie has created a warm and cosy space to unload your worries & stresses of the day.
