Alite Mind is a caring, safe, and supportive space offering counselling for women and children, mindfulness coaching, adult group meditation sessions, and children’s mindfulness classes. You can feel confident in knowing that you are being supported by a qualified, registered and trauma-aware Counsellor, specialising in mindfulness and meditation.
Whether you are looking for individual support from one of our counselling or coaching sessions, perhaps joining one of our group adult meditation classes or looking for that something extra to enhance your childs emotional and mental resilience, our services provides options for you to choose what supports you best. Our goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life. There are no musts or should’s in any of the sessions or classes as you are encouraged to always do what best supports you.

Guided Meditation
Carve out a moment for self-care by participating in our adult group meditation. Discover a space to pause, unwind and embrace much needed rest and relaxation. Tuesdays at 10am for one hour. Monday evenings once a month at 7pm.
Mindfulness Coaching
Whether you’re experiencing work, life or school stress, anxiety, overthinking, pain or other concerns, a private in-person mindfulness coaching session can be tailored to your specific needs. Incorporating an introduction to meditation and how this practice can offer an additional support in daily life.
Business Mindfulness Workshops
These specialised group sessions can be delivered on-site and tailored to your requirements. Introducing evidence-based mindfulness and meditation techniques teaches you how to be more present, focused, and handle difficult emotions including stress and anxiety.
Children's Mindfulness Classes
These fun, imaginative and interactive mindfulness classes are part of a comprehensive children’s program which combines learning about emotional awareness, mindfulness techniques and skills, connecting to our bodies through movement, expressing ourselves through creative arts and crafts, music, experiencing short guided mindful meditation while being supported in a safe space.
Counselling
Alite Mind offers counselling for women and children. Providing a safe space where you are understood, where you are accepted and where you will be listened to without judgement. Helping you or your child recognise and build your own strengths, resilience, capabilities and resources to support your growth, development, independence and autonomy.

My favourite way to spend a Monday night, is to visit the Alite Mind studio for Group Meditation Natalie has created a warm and cosy space to unload your worries & stresses of the day.
