Not sure where to begin? My “Which Style Should You Choose?” guide can help:

  • Focus: Uses mantra, body scan, or awareness practices to improve attention, reduce distractibility, and strengthen mental stability – ideal for cognitive support, memory, ADHD, and stress management.
  • Mindfulness: Cultivates non-judgmental awareness of the present moment, supporting calm, emotional regulation, and reduced overthinking – helpful for anxiety, stress, active depression, ADHD, memory, and cognitive decline.
  • Open Heart: Based on Metta (loving-kindness) practices to grow empathy, gratitude, and mood balance – perfect for grief, emotional healing, and developing compassion for self and others.
  • Quiet Mind: Combines relaxation and visualisation to quiet internal self-talk, reduce striving, and create spacious awareness – ideal for chronic pain, grief, resentment, substance use, and non-active depression.
  • Children’s Meditations: Specially designed practices using gentle guidance, imagination, and grounding techniques to support emotional regulation, focus, sleep, and self-confidence in kids – great for school anxiety, friendship challenges, and settling busy minds.

Why Learn Mindfulness Meditation?

Mindfulness meditation has two main parts: attention and acceptance.

The attention piece is about tuning into your experiences to focus on what’s happening in the present moment. It typically involves directing your awareness to your breath, your thoughts, the physical sensations in your body and the feelings you are experiencing.

The acceptance piece involves observing those feelings and sensations without judgment. Instead of responding or reacting to those thoughts or feelings, you aim to note them and let them go.

Mindfulness helps people manage their stress and improve their overall well-being — and a wealth of research shows it’s effective.

Psychologists have found that mindfulness meditation changes our brain and biology in positive ways, improving mental and physical health.

Cultivating self-awareness, unleashing a natural curiosity about the workings of our mind and staying present in the moment, this practice allows us to move with what’s happening in our lives rather than resisting or pushing things away.

Join the Alite Mind Meditation Library today and embark on a transformative journey towards a more mindful and peaceful life.

OMG Natalie the meditations in the library were fantastic and we can’t wait to do the Gratitude one, seriously I could see how the words you say are so relatable to kids and actually the inner child of an adult. I’d love to share them with my daughter school teacher these would be great in schools

Natalie is a kind and caring practitioner who takes a substantial amount of time to cater to individual needs. I can particularly recommend her online meditation library, which is great for at-home practice and offers a large range of guided meditations
