Meditation Type Breath
This mindfulness meditation takes the participant on a deeper journey with a connection and focus on the breath, bringing an awareness to its natural rhythm, the sensations and movement noticed throughout the body. How it breathes itself. It is a soft and soothing practice. Each session provides gentle guidance when the mind wanders into thought or strong emotions or sensations may arise and progresses into a period of silent reflection, accompanied by soft, calming music and sound effects, which can enhance and deepen the meditative state.
