Counselling and Group Meditation

Alite Mind offers a caring, safe, and supportive space with individual counselling services for women, children & teens as well as weekly group meditation sessions for adults. Here, you can feel assured that you’re guided by a qualified and trauma aware counsellor, dedicated to your wellbeing. 

Whether you’re seeking individual counselling for personalised support, interested in joining an adult group meditation class, or looking to support your child or teens emotional and mental resilience, my services offer a range of options to help you find the support that best fits your needs.

My goal is to support you and your child in growing through  challenges, healing from pain, and moving toward the life you envision. In every counselling session or meditation class, there are no “musts” or “should’s” only encouragement to do what feels right for you on your path to wellbeing. 

No GP referral required, NDIS plan and self-managed clients accepted.

Counselling

Are you looking for a supportive and caring space where you can talk openly, and confidentially, about what’s worrying you? I offer specialised counselling for women, children & teens. Providing a safe space where you and/or your child are understood,  accepted and listened to without judgement. No GP referral required, NDIS plan and self-managed clients accepted.

Guided Meditation

Do you need help to slow racing thoughts? My mindfulness and meditation sessions provide you with a real sense of grounding and relaxation. Learn how to cultivate more self-kindness and awareness so you can gently navigate everyday challenges with more confidence, creativity and calm.

Creative & Mindfulness Workshops

Designed and developed to support organisations, workplaces, communities and groups. These specialised sessions can be delivered on-site and tailored to meet your unique needs. They incorporate evidence-based mindfulness, meditation, and other creative, movement-based mind-body techniques designed to support stressed and overwhelmed nervous systems—offering practical tools to enhance focus, presence, and emotional regulation in the face of anxiety and stress.

Mindfulness Coaching

Whether you’re experiencing work, life or school stress, anxiety, overthinking, pain or other concerns, a private in-person mindfulness coaching session can be tailored to your specific needs. Incorporating an introduction to mindfulness and meditation and how this practice can offer an additional support in daily life.

Children's Mindfulness Classes

These fun, imaginative and interactive mindfulness classes are part of a comprehensive children’s program which combines learning about emotional awareness, mindfulness techniques and skills, connecting to our bodies through movement, expressing ourselves through creative arts and crafts, music, experiencing short guided mindful meditation and sharing in group discussion while being supported in a safe space.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been someone others turn to, a person they feel safe sharing their thoughts and emotions with. I’ve always held space for others, listened deeply, and supported them through their challenges. Counselling felt like a natural path for me, and I’m proud to be a registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association. I combine evidence-based strategies with wisdom-based practices to help people create lives filled with meaning, purpose, and resilience.

My favourite way to spend a Monday night, is to visit the Alite Mind studio for Group Meditation Natalie has created a warm and cosy space to unload your worries & stresses of the day. Stepping into the room feels like being enveloped in a giant hug. Her presence is very calming and I leave feeling refreshed and have clarity of mind. I thoroughly enjoy the sessions
