Alite Mind is a caring, safe, and supportive space offering individual counselling for women and children and adult group meditation sessions. You can feel confident in knowing that you are being supported by a qualified, registered and trauma-aware counsellor.

Whether you are looking for individual support from one of our individual counselling sessions or perhaps joining our group adult meditation classes or looking for that extra support to enhance your childs emotional and mental resilience, our services provide options for you to choose what supports you best. 

Our goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life. There are no musts or should’s in any of the sessions or classes as you are encouraged to always do what best supports you.

Counselling

Are you looking for a supportive environment where you can talk openly, and confidentially, about what’s worrying you? Alite Mind offers counselling for women and children. Providing a safe space where you or your child are understood, where you are accepted and where you will be listened to without judgement. No GP referral required, NDIS plan and self-managed clients accepted.

Guided Meditation

Do you need help to slow racing thoughts? Alite Mind’s mindfulness and meditation sessions can provide you with a real sense of grounding and relaxation. Learn how to cultivate more self-kindness so you can gently navigate everyday challenges with more confidence, creativity and calm.

Business Mindfulness Workshops

Designed and developed to support organisations, workplaces, communities and groups. These specialised sessions can be delivered on-site and tailored to your requirements. Introducing evidence-based mindfulness and meditation techniques teaches you how to be more present, focused, and handle difficult emotions including stress and anxiety.

Mindfulness Coaching

Whether you’re experiencing work, life or school stress, anxiety, overthinking, pain or other concerns, a private in-person mindfulness coaching session can be tailored to your specific needs. Incorporating an introduction to mindfulness and meditation and how this practice can offer an additional support in daily life.

Children's Mindfulness Classes

These fun, imaginative and interactive mindfulness classes are part of a comprehensive children’s program which combines learning about emotional awareness, mindfulness techniques and skills, connecting to our bodies through movement, expressing ourselves through creative arts and crafts, music, experiencing short guided mindful meditation and sharing in group discussion while being supported in a safe space.

Hi, I'm Natalie

I am a Mum of two amazing young adults, wife, animal and bird lover. We currently have two exotic parrots and a labradoodle named Poppy, so our home can be filled with much noise and chaos. I have a special admiration for pelicans. My favourite place to unwind is at the beach, I often spend hours meditating, bird watching and connecting to nature.

As a registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association, I understand the transformative power of integrating evidence-based strategies with embodied wisdom practices to create a life filled with meaning, purpose, and productivity.

Having navigated through several of life’s challenges, (multiple surgeries, domestic violence and lymphoma cancer) I’ve experienced the pain of suffering, feeling stuck, and completely overwhelmed.

My favourite way to spend a Monday night, is to visit the Alite Mind studio for Group Meditation Natalie has created a warm and cosy space to unload your worries & stresses of the day. Stepping into the room feels like being enveloped in a giant hug. Her presence is very calming and I leave feeling refreshed and have clarity of mind. I thoroughly enjoy the sessions
