Whether you’re seeking individual counselling for personalised support, interested in joining an adult group meditation class, or looking to support your child or teens emotional and mental resilience, my services offer a range of options to help you find the support that best fits your needs.
My goal is to support you and your child in growing through challenges, healing from pain, and moving toward the life you envision. In every counselling session or meditation class, there are no “musts” or “should’s” only encouragement to do what feels right for you on your path to wellbeing.Â

Creative & Mindfulness Workshops
Designed and developed to support organisations, workplaces, communities and groups. These specialised sessions can be delivered on-site and tailored to meet your unique needs. They incorporate evidence-based mindfulness, meditation, and other creative, movement-based mind-body techniques designed to support stressed and overwhelmed nervous systems—offering practical tools to enhance focus, presence, and emotional regulation in the face of anxiety and stress.
Mindfulness Coaching
Whether you’re experiencing work, life or school stress, anxiety, overthinking, pain or other concerns, a private in-person mindfulness coaching session can be tailored to your specific needs. Incorporating an introduction to mindfulness and meditation and how this practice can offer an additional support in daily life.


Children's Mindfulness Classes
These fun, imaginative and interactive mindfulness classes are part of a comprehensive children’s program which combines learning about emotional awareness, mindfulness techniques and skills, connecting to our bodies through movement, expressing ourselves through creative arts and crafts, music, experiencing short guided mindful meditation and sharing in group discussion while being supported in a safe space.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been someone others turn to, a person they feel safe sharing their thoughts and emotions with. I’ve always held space for others, listened deeply, and supported them through their challenges. Counselling felt like a natural path for me, and I’m proud to be a registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association. I combine evidence-based strategies with wisdom-based practices to help people create lives filled with meaning, purpose, and resilience.
