This loving kindness meditation focusses on cultivating unconditional love towards oneself and others. Offering a gentle, mindful and kind awareness to the whole self, opening up the gift of receiving love into the heart and to a profound compassion and interconnectedness with all beings. Each session provides gentle guidance when the mind wanders into thought or strong emotions or sensations may arise and progresses into a period of silent reflection, accompanied by soft, calming music and sound effects, which can enhance and deepen the meditative state.
