Simply put, mindfulness is a way of paying attention.

It’s a practice that helps us focus on what we’re sensing and feeling in each moment – so we don’t lose sight of what’s happening around us.

Have you noticed that we’re often absorbed in our thoughts and feelings, instead of being present? It’s not easy to notice when we drift off like that. But practising mindfulness brings us back into our bodies and into ourselves – the only place where true long lasting happiness resides.

Did you know…?

Mindfulness is innate. So don’t worry if your busy lite has made it hard to focus on the present. It’s as simple as living your life deliberately, and noticing what’s happening inside and around you at any given moment.

From going on a walk to eating a meal, simply become aware of your thoughts and actions without judging them.

That’s mindfulness!
