Here, you will find a variety of meditation techniques suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike, conveniently ready for you to use, in the comfort of your own home.
Each meditation is facilitated by me and is recorded live and delivered in a supportive, gentle, and trauma-informed manner. Brass singing bowls and other musical instruments are softly used during the silent reflection for added support in the sessions.
Please consider any health concerns and seek advice from your health professional before listening. There are new meditations added monthly, covering many techniques like relaxation, body scan, visualization, mantra, body awareness and metta (loving-kindness). Please make sure you have a quiet, safe and comfortable space where you are able to unwind and relax prior to beginning each recording. Body Awareness
A gentle opening of awareness and mindful connection through the body can provide a grounding base for meditation practice. This practice slowly moves through the body bringing an awareness and spaciousness to this sense of gratitute for this living and breathing vessel. Childrens Meditations
Each children’s meditation is about 6-10 minutes in length and specifically designed to support the developing nervous systems of children. These sessions are trauma aware ensuring a safe, flexible and non-restrictive environment for exploration. Children are gently encouraged to listen to their bodies, reposition themselves as needed and engage with the meditation in a way that feels right for them, whether seated, lying down, standing, or even slowly walking. There are no set rules, whether they choose to keep their eyes open or closed, the emphasis is on creating a sense of gentle curiosity and personal comfort. These meditations invite children to discover what feels supportive for them in the moment, fostering mindfulness, relaxation and self awareness in a nurturing space.

You may cancel your Alite Mind Meditation Membership Library subscription at any time by logging into your dashboard. If you cancel during a month for which you have already paid, you will retain access to the library until the end of that month. Similarly, if you cancel an annual subscription that was paid in full, you will continue to have access until the end of the paid annual period, calculated from the date of purchase.
