Mindfulness Workshops

Wellbeing and mindfulness programs offer valuable tools to support personal growth, emotional balance, and a greater sense of connection  both within the workplace and everyday life. These programs are designed for individuals, teams, and organisations who want to reduce stress, enhance focus, and foster a culture of calm, clarity, and resilience.

Through a balance of education, reflection, and guided practice, participants learn how to:

  • Understand the foundations of mindfulness and how to integrate it into daily life

  • Reduce overthinking and build mental clarity

  • Explore the role of our senses — how they support us, what messages they provide, and how to tune into them

  • Recognise and prevent burnout before it takes hold

  • Use journalling for therapeutic support and self-reflection

  • Learn how to meditate and develop a personal practice

  • Discover the science behind mindfulness and meditation and their proven health and wellbeing benefits

At the heart of the program are the three foundations of mindfulness — intention, attention, and attitude. Participants learn how to set meaningful intentions, strengthen their focus on the present moment, and adopt a compassionate, non-judgmental attitude toward themselves and others.

Whether offered as a workplace wellbeing initiative, a professional development program, or a personal growth journey, these sessions cultivate resilience, emotional intelligence, and a renewed sense of balance and wellbeing  empowering participants to thrive both personally and professionally.

Case Study - Introduction to Mindfulness & Meditation Workshop

I was invited by a local veterinary clinic that prioritises the mental health and well-being of its team to lead a mindfulness and meditation workshop on-site for their 25+ staff members. The workshop was scheduled during a two-hour window to ensure that everyone could participate.

We explored the effects of stress on our work lives, then introduced mindfulness, discussing what it entails and how it can benefit our daily work experiences. Following this introduction, I led the team through a 15-minute guided body scan meditation. Despite some background noise, the team engaged fully, relaxing into the practice, and finding a calm space.

The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with staff expressing how helpful they found the experience in grounding themselves and easing their stress.

Natalie from Alite Mind came to our workplace to talk to us about how meditation and mindfulness can help with our everyday mental health. Natalie took us through a beginner’s introduction workshop for meditation with approx. 25 staff members. Our staff felt amazing afterwards and plan on visiting Natalie again in her studio!

Case Study - Women's Wellness Workshop

I recently had the pleasure of facilitating a Creative Mindfulness Workshop at Fernwood Women’s Gym – a beautiful space committed to women’s health and wellbeing.

In this one-hour session, we explored nervous system burnout: what it is, why it’s so common among women, and how to recognise the early signs. We unpacked common causes like perfectionism, people-pleasing, and the invisible mental load many of us carry.

The group was guided through a calming mindfulness practice and a gentle creative activity that encouraged reflection and connection. A grounding affirmation we shared was:
“I give myself permission to rest, reset, and protect my energy.”

Thanks to the on-site crèche, many mums were able to join and fully participate – and the feedback was heartfelt and affirming. I’m grateful to hold spaces like this, where women can slow down, reconnect, and feel supported.
